Intelligent Outbound Process

Based on the outbound material code, the system assigns an intelligent warehouse crane to retrieve the material from its shelf. The warehouse fork moves to the corresponding row and column, accurately picking up the material and removing it from the shelf. The trolley, driven by the rotation gear, safely adjusts the orientation of the fork and the material. The material is then transported through a secure channel to the designated outbound point, where a forklift completes the outbound transfer.

Thin steel plates are first straightened and positioned accurately on a steel plate conveyor straightening platform. The steel plate handling crane automatically moves above the steel plate, using vacuum suction cups to lift the plate. Safety hooks secure the bottom of the steel plate to prevent it from falling in case of power failure or other emergencies. The automatic crane system then transports the steel plate precisely to the target workstation, lowers the plate, and releases the safety hooks. The steel plate then moves into the next processing stage.

For handling wide steel plates, the crane can automatically adjust the width between vacuum suction cups to ensure safer lifting. Users can choose between automatic or manual adjustment of vacuum suction cup lifting devices based on their production needs.

When handling thick steel plates, the crane uses electromagnets for transportation.
